On Labor Day, my husband and I went to the Sleep Oasis on Dale Mabry in Tampa We were referred by friends We prefer to buy locally so we chose your store We were very satisfied by Matt, our salesman, who answered all our questions, gave us a great price on the bed even adding pillows, a mattress pad, and delivery, set up and removal of our old mattress We discussed the attachments to the headboard and if an existing headboard could be used We were assured that the brackets would be included and when your drivers left our bed would be setup to our satisfaction Well the bed was delivered, no brackets I called Matt he apologized and assured me he would order the brackets needed and be in touch to schedule delivery and setup We waited weeks only to call your store and find that Matt no longer works with Sleep Oasis Jay, a fine representative, told me he found my order but instead of having the new manager call me, he said I would need to call back on Friday (shouldn't have been my responsibility) I contacted Garrett, another fine representative, who said he would order the part and let me know when they would deliver Meanwhile I got a call from Jay who said he had picked up my pillows and brought them to the store I think then Garrett called to schedule delivery and I thought installation I specifically requested delivery after 5: I work full time and my husband has Parkinson's Disease However, your driver called at 4:to deliver I said okay and woke my husband to meet them I got home at 5:to find that the promises made to me were not kept I had the brackets attached to the bed but not the frame to the headboard A subsequent conversations to Garrett did not rectify the matter I think he then called the owner Still no one to complete the installation Garrett has fine customer service skills however Sleep Oasis is not clear on whose responsibility it is to fulfill an order The miscommunication about the frame, brackets and attachment to the headboard has not been handled very well Garret told me he wouldn't charge me for the brackets I think he thought that was a concession, however I was never quoted a fee other than the one I paid on purchaseGarrett even suggested that the owner would "reach out to me" it didn't happen I will not recommend Sleep Oasis to any of my friends And I plan to list a review with the Revdex.com of Tampa
