I am aware of this sign installation and it is my priority to fulfill the delivery and installation of the SignHowever as I have mentioned to [redacted] of Amazing Auto, I am dealing with medical issues in my family at the moment and time has gone by where I haven't being able to deliver and install the signI want to take care of this situation with delivery and installation of Sign mentioned in this complaintI received a txt message from [redacted] where he stated to drop the complaint within daysI need more time than this in order to make arrangements with time and personal situation to accomplish and finalize the workI can deliver and install by Saturday May 20th as I will have time and help to take care of this without further inconvenience or delayWill contact [redacted] first thing Tue May to agree on this date for delivery and installationThank you

I am rejecting this response because: Sign has not been delivered.  [redacted] texted / emailed that he would install sign this Saturday the 20th. When I inquired as to how many signs he said just one out of the  3.  I will not drop the complaint until 3 signs are delivered as payment had been made towards all 3 signs by us. I am not going to object or refuse to accept the one sign this Saturday but until all 3 are delivered I will not consider this complaint resolved or drop my complaint.

I received a txt message from [redacted] where he stated to drop the complaint within 7 days. I need more time than this in order to make arrangements with time and personal situation to accomplish and finalize the work. I can deliver and install by Saturday May 20th as I will have time and help to take care of this without further inconvenience or delay. Will contact [redacted] first thing Tue May 16 to agree on this date for delivery and installation. Thank you.
