n state rd 7 Hollywood Fl XXXXX dealership location. Dealership refusing to send title paperwork after purchase
I purchased a vehicle from them after seeing it while I was in Florida in the beginning of June 2019 . After dealing with a very nice dude by the name of *** I was told a week or so later that he was fired after I was consistently trying to get someone to contact me in reference to getting the car shipped to NJ. I was then given to someone by the name of *** who in turn told me that it he couldn't get the title to car and he was working on it. 2weeks and some days later after we talked back & forth I had a transport company come to pick up car again and he states there's something wrong with the car can't ship it yet working on fixing it. Then 1 more week later he states it's going to be a while but they are working to get the car ready. Then once I grew fed up with the ignored messages/calls to get updates on the situation and decided that I wanted a refund I was given to another person named *** who stated he was handling the situation but then started to ignore my calls or telling me I have to talk to *** only to fix the situation. 2days after employees at the dealership leaves me on hold or hangs up on me I get a video that the car is ready to go and be picked which now it's been 4+ weeks of waiting. So I have them show that everything was ready to go had the transport pick up car/ship . Yet to no one's surprise on my end *** sends releases the car but not the title paperwork stating he mailed it to me. After receiving the car on July 10 ,2019 I was told that the title was mailed by transport but when I called *** he says he will mail it tomorrow after getting mad that I keep calling him. Furthermore, its July 19, 2019 and I m still waiting on something as simple as title paperwork. And I as I called today I was given the run around and placed on hold called stupid by *** who wouldn't give me his last name and hung up on over a piece of paper smh. I would like anyone of these people to try to defend their actions as a company because I have the records, messages.
