After several calls and emails to team in Roanoke , VA and also for the corporate office , I am definitely tired of trying to receive the refund check of $ regarding the security deposit which might be a credit for us and we never received this yet The total lack of respect and commitment from your company don't leave another alternative but to find my rights through a law attorney in order to sue this company In parallel to avoid that any other client has the same problem I am writing this review and othes about this company and describing the worst customer experience that I ever had before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I definetely won't be more wasting my time and money ( a lot of international phone calls ) talking with their employees trying to solve this situationMy wife and I already expent a lot of time talking to [redacted]  (Corporate Office) , [redacted] (Roanoke - WestWind) We move-out at 08/22/and today (11/17/2014) almost days no answer about my refund check!!!!!!  [redacted]
