On December 27, 2019, I bought 4 scrub tops totaling $73.81 at the The Scrub and Shoe Company in Onalaska, WI. Since they did not have my size in the store, they said the products would ship to their store and then they would ship it to my house. They said it would take 2-4 weeks to get my scrub tops. I called the store 3 weeks later because I wanted to know the status of my scrub tops. The man stated that there was a new owner and it would take a couple more weeks to get my scrub tops because the new owner would have to sign off on some paper work in order for shipments to continue. A week went by and then I went on vacation. After I got back from vacation, my scrub tops did not arrive. I tried calling the store and it said that the number was not in service. I then tried calling their other stores in WI and all of their numbers were out of service too. I tried going on their website and their website cannot be found. The Scrub and Shoe Company has my money, but I never received the products that I paid for. I do not know how to get a hold of the Company to get my money back.
On 7-29-2017 I ordered some Grey's Anatomy nurse shoes at The Scrub and Shoe Company in Onalaska, WI. I was told at the time that the shoes were on backorder and would be shipped on 8-20-2017. That date came and gone so I called the store to see if my shoes were shipped. The store owner *** informed me that the backorder date got moved to 8-25-2017. That date also came and gone, so I called the store for an update. I was told the shoes "are not in yet". I called the next week,was told the same again,that the shoes "were not in yet". On 9-2-2017, I called the store and was told by ***, the store manager "We have the shoes here, due to the holiday weekend, I will mail them out on Tuesday 9-5-2017 and send you an email confirmation with the tracking info". That day came and gone, I didn't receive an email so I called the store again. I was told by *** that she "made a mistake" and got me confused with another customer and that my shoes are not there yet. At that moment I asked for a refund. *** got my credit card information and told me that she credited the money to my credit card. 3 days went by, no credit in my bank account so I called the store AGAIN. I was told by *** that the credit was processed right and that the credit can take 5-7 days to drop in my account. I informed *** how poor the service has been. *** laughed and said "And how is that?". I told him about the above and *** proceeded to tell me how mad he is that he "is going to have to ship the shoes back to the warehouse and lose 25% on restocking fees" because I wanted a refund. I told him that was no concern to me and that the shoes were taking too long to come in. *** proceeded to tell me "well, I really don't feel bad for the situation you are in right now either". After being VERY rude to me, I told *** that I expected the money in my bank account within 7 days. *** laughed and hung up. I still haven't received my money back and it has been almost 2 months.
I have given this consumer a refund back to her credit card yesterday 9/17/17
