The Screen Machine

Review: We bid out our Solar Window screen requirements to several people and decided to utilize the services of Screen Machine, with the clear understanding that we needed to have these screens removable for window cleaning purposes.

We had our windows cleaned and the window cleaning person shared with us that the screens do not properly fit in the window opening and they have been forced (stretched) to fit the openings. Additionally, a 2-1/2" screw was used to secure these screen frames - which is totally un-necessary, except for the fact that since the window frame screens did not properly fit the window - during the install process to make them fit, it is obvious that the frame were stretched and these longer screws were required for securing their mistake.Desired Settlement: We would like Screen Machine to come back and correct their poor workmanship( which is covered under their warranty) and make the screen frames to properly fit the windows. We paid them quite a lot of money for something that is of poor workmanship, which is not what we paid for.

We have called them, and they said they would come out, but they were going to charge us a Service Fee of $85.00 to come and look at their own warranty issue. We wrote them an email and sent them a text and left several messages explaining that we did not feel we needed to pay for them to come and look at a warranty issue created by them and they have not responded. WE WANT SIMPLY WHAT WE CONTRACTED AND AGREED TO......or all of our money back
