You are the worst most unethical company. You train deceit and how you are still in business is beyond me. You gave zero ethics and you accomplish chaos in offices. The kids staff are trained to do to patients to get them in the door us appalling. You run the good staff out and bring in your trained stepford staff. Truly disgusting ! BBB should do a better job and close you down. You care nothing about the practice you are going into. You care only about your financial gain. Disgusting. And people wonder why dentists are not trusted? This is why.. I would give zero stars if it allowed me to.

Sadly my dentist stumbled upon this company last year thinking that they could help him grow his practice. Instead, they have done nothing but try to sell more "trainings" and cause complete havoc in my office. I attended a full day lecture in Atlanta, GA where the founder of the Scheduling Institute, Jay G, spoke all day about how rich he is and how smart he is and how he has made so many offices great. The Scheduling Institute recorded two phone calls without MY consent (which in California BOTH parties must consent to audio recording and my employer does NOT have the right to consent for me). They are also instructing my employer to break labor laws by asking his staff to "volunteer" to be on-call after hours to answer office phone calls which would only be compensated if a new patient is scheduled AND they show up....Totally illegal and immoral and I am shocked it has gone on this long. These scammers need to be stopped. Unlike the several HUNDRED bad reviews on Yelp from people who were too afraid to use their real name, I'm not afraid you Jay G. You need to stop breaking the laws and encouraging dentists that pay for your services and trust you to break them also. If I could give them Zero stars, I would.
