I am highly disappointed with the customer service from the owner of The Sassy Rebel. I am all about supporting small business but when your answer is to ignore your customer it isn't very professional at all. I ordered a pair of shoes and received the wrong ones so the owner told me that she would refund me the shipping and send me the right ones. Well I never got the refund for the shipping and when the shoes came in, they were wrong...again. Which I understand she is a busy lady so I reached out to let her know she sent me the matte shoes instead of the glossy shoes. I messaged her very politely on facebook and she read my messages and never messaged me back. So I am stuck with shoes I didn't want. I should have saved the $75 and bought actual Tori Burch sandals. Like I said, I was highly disappointed.

The owner has not answered attempts for refund from sandals ordered in Feb. but not delivered.
I ordered sandals from Stacy on February 21st and paid the invoice the same day. I have made multiple attempts to contact Stacy through Email and Facebook messenger and also posts on her business page. She keeps deleting everything I post - I have screenshots that show when I posted them, and has not responded to any email or message. I would like my money back for the sandals immediately. I don't get how you can ignore customers for so long.

It has been a month since I placed an order with Stacy *** at The Sassy Rebel, I have made a payment. And still no merchandise . I have have messaged Mrs. several times through phone & messenger on Facebook and no reply. I would like my money back.
