I made an appointment With the Salon for a pedicure for 6/15/st 4pmI received an email from them days ago 6/13/saying my appointment for 6/15/had been rescheduled and to call them to rescheduleI still haven't called to reschedule because everytime I call they never answer and when I leave a message I get called back3+ days afterwardsThen I get a text message at 4:17pm on 6/15/saying thanks for my payment of $I've already paid for my services through Groupon, they had to have my card on file to make the appointment Well I called and they actually answered and I explained what had happened and she begins to say she can't do anything about it because she has a technician there for my spot that needs to be paidWhich I completely understand, but again I received a message saying it was canceled so why would I show up?
