Review: The Sainsbury Company, LLC (Sainsbury) alleges that it entered into a contract with me on or about June *, 2014 for certain services. After that date, Sainsbury charged the sum of $2,200.00 to me on my [redacted] card. Subsequently, I disputed the aforementioned charge based upon Sainsburys false representations relating to the nature and quality of the services in particular, as a result of Sainsburys utter inability to tailor the services to my specific fitness needs, namely: Sainsburys failure to design services (nutrition and fitness program) for a person recovering from an injury. I direct you to the final sentence of Section 1 of the alleged contract, which reads as follows, Client acknowledges that while [redacted] will use his experience and training to develop the best possible program for Clients fitness needs, Fitness Company cannot guarantee any specific results from the Fitness Instruction Sessions Purchased. [emphasis added]Needless to say, [redacted] not only failed to develop the best possible program for my fitness needs, but rather he employed a generic, one-size-fits-all regimen that in all probability would have resulted in further injury to my client. For her own safety, I could no longer continue in this manner.Desired Settlement: [redacted] charged my [redacted] card in the amount of $2,200 for the services that were to be tailored specifically for my own needs and injury. However, given that none of the services were rendered as promised, I want a refund in the amount of $2,200.
