Review: On May 15, 2013, The Rustic Puff accepted $50 dollars in payment for the following goods: Thank you puffer pack(2) bag o' niblets (2) pop'em 8 packs (2) gourmet classic 6 packs a Rustic Puff exclusive Rockapuff t-shirt.I have reached out to the company repeatedly over the last approximately 10 months, initially requesting updates on my purchase, and ultimately requesting a refund. I have spoken to multiple members of their customer service team (Jennifer and Heather), who have assured me there would be follow up, however, there has not yet been after approximately a dozen attempts at contact.Desired Settlement: Refund in full: $50 dollars.
