Lamp arrived damaged.
The stem is bent,
the bottom does not sit flat,
the harp is bent
the switch to turn the light on and off is closer to the outlet than the lamp. I believe this was improperly put together.
I also have serious customer service issues.
I sent an email to the company requesting a refund because the lamp is damaged. They called 2-3X however I was working and could not take their call. They did not leave a message. They informed me exchanges only and offered 10% discount. Then I tried to call them 2x, sent 2 emails. I sent pictures of the damage in an email and did not hear back. I attempted to chat with them and no one responded. I then received an email retracting their 10% offer saying I am stuck with the item.
