I went to this customers house twice, the first time the gate was off the hinge and repaired it, the second time I received a call from customer saying gate wasn't closing right so I went to adjust it and tightened every thing up and it worked worked greatThe warranty was for years

I was not aware that [redacted] showed up at our house to fix the fence once let alone twice. Either way this gate is still broken, I guess I will call another company to come and fix it. It's too bad it had to come to this. If he did in fact show up, why didn't he leave a msg or a business card to let us know he was there? And if he did fix it, why is it still broke? If he did show up, why didn't he tell us during the numerous phone calls that we had made to him? If the warranty was up, why didn't he tell us that instead of saying he would be there the following week? Although we were happy with our fence, we are not happy with the follow through or lack of. We will not be reffering this company to anyone.
