Extremely poor follow through and customer service. Customers don’t care about excuses, we expected to get the goods and services we were promised at the time and price that was agreed upon. Disgusted with my choice of apartment at the Tides at Deer Valley. The most recent event I’m waiting two weeks for is when the maintenance individual removed the old washer and dryer until, as it was broke, and installed a new one, not new but refurbished, they either noticed and didn’t say anything or they intentionally did or left the dryer sleeve shredded without informing anyone. Any reasonable person might chalk this up to a mishap but considering I’ve been lied to since day one on everything under the sun, I believe this was just another middle finger to myself.
I am now becoming and will forever be a detractor for this apartment complex and management company and have been extremely vocal to friends/family and have changed the minds of two individuals now looking at possible residence there.
Extremely disappointed
Regarding the Damage of the Walls via color disfiguring ..· He does not have time stamps on those photos, he showed them to us tooHe entered our premise before our schedulted DATE (July 15th when we returned from vacation) to walk through the unit togetherThe unit was scheduled for cleaning DETAILED (on July 2nd, 2017)I have photos of date and time stamped on each one! And a detail of what was cleaned by Brianna Stevens (She had a helper and that lady can vogue for us as well)Regarding the statement “our contractor attempted to complete the replacement of the sheetrock and cosmetic repair of texture and paint, but was denied access to the property by the tenant MsLawrence· I was visiting in California because of the mold growing in the unitThis is automatically a lie because my husband was the only one there was was contacted with a call from the repair guy (who they fired shortly after)My husband let the man inside the unit and the guy said he had to run out to get things to fix the wall and would be right back(HE NEVER CAME BACK)I then sent an email out to Jarrod (Property manager) and got no response“Please see attached email of the date and what I sent”Keep in mind this was a week or two PAST the day we last saw that contractorAlso in one of the meail Edgar says on JULY 13th!!! That the leak has been fixed and the wall!!!! Please read all attachments Regarding the statement and email showing proof of me saying the wall had been repaired is COMPLETE LIESI was instructed while at work that the place had been fixedIT WASN’TI didn’t check before sending that emailStill NOTHING and no responseOn the day of walk through with the “New Property manager – I have his name in the email as well = Edgar Rascon” He stated that they JUST CAME TO REPAIR THE WALL AND PAINT IT AFTER July 4th! When he also claimed that the three walls that were painted were NOT the wall that had leakage damage(HE WAS TRYING TO GET US TO PAY FOR HIS PAINTING of the leakage damage that they NEVER came to Repair)This is just the startLet me know if you need to talk to me to discuss this fully [redacted]

This is a response to the complaint filed by *** *** concerning the damages caused to the condo she was renting at Delano Place located at *** ** *** *** *** Phoenix, AZ.Ms*** complaint to the Revdex.com is completely unfoundedThe issue was a leak with the dishwasher in the unit directly above Ms*** condoThe leaking dishwasher is located on the Island in the kitchen and was repaired the same day that Ms*** reported the leak by a maintenance contractor However, because the interior of the common wall was wet, the contractor had to remove a section of sheetrock ove r the Island in Unit 101to allow the area to thoroughly dryThis process usually takes 3-daysOn numerous occasions, our contractor attempted to complete the replacement of the sheetrock and cosmetic repair of texture and paint, but was denied access to the property by the tenant Ms*** .Please see the attached email from Ms*** dated Saturday April 29, to her Property Manager Jarred Robinson stating in her own words that the condo has been repaired and that Ms*** would finish out the reaming time left on her leaseWe keep on file all written correspondence as in MsLawrence's case she claims The Robinson Group did nothing to fix the leak, but in fact we had the leak repaired the same day it was reported. The real issue is that Ms*** had told her Property Manager that she needed out of her lease due to change in jobs out of stateWe explained that accepting a job out of state is,not grounds to be let out of her leaseThe same email I referenced above indicates that Ms*** acknowledges that the leak was repaired and that she intended to fulfill the terms of the lease. Please see the attached email from Ms*** dated July 4, indicating that she had completely moved out and that not herself, but her sister would meet Edgar to do the final Move Out InspectionEdgar asked Ms*** in the same email chain for MsLawrence's sister's contact informationHowever, her sister cancelled meeting with Edgar to do the move out inspection and in this same email Ms*** states that she had completely moved out and where she had left the keys to the condo.Upon the Move Out Inspection, Edgar noted and took photos of the damaged walls which had two holes in them and multiple walls that were filthy with extreme dirt, hand prints and a green substanceThe 2" wood blinds in the bedroom were also severely damaged (broken) and had to be replacedPlease see the enclosed photos indicating the damage to the walls, window blinds, extreme dirt on the fresh air return for the air conditioner and ceiling fansIt's obvious why Ms*** nor her sister who she verbally said had cleaned the condo for her, failed to appear for the Move Out Inspection. Enclosed is a copy of the invoice for repairs made by a maintenance contractorThe cost to repair the holes in the walls, repaint walls and replace the binds in the bedroom was a total of $Ms*** had a Security Deposit of $of which we deducted the $in repairs and she was refunded the difference of $100.00.I'm faxing this response to you and mailing it to our local Revdex.com office as the fax will not show the details of the photos enclosed

RE: Complaint #[redacted]Please be advised that we responded to Ms. [redacted] concern that water from our property was getting into her property and causing damage to her side of the block wall. We have made every effort to locate any possible leak from the property we manage at 1710 W....
Houston, Gilbert. We turned off the backyard drip system (for over a year), we had the property and yard checked for leaks and none were found. We had the water meter itselfchecked for leakage and none were found. We had a pool leak test done both running and non running- 7 days each and no leaks wem found. We even compared the water bill usage tosimilar properties of size and occupancy and no unusual amounts of water are determined to being used. We concluded that water that is appearing in Ms. [redacted] yard is not coming from any leaks from our property. Every effort has been made to locate any potential leaks as our concern would be to stop and repair any such leaks as well and this was what we informed Ms. [redacted] in our letter to her on May 19, 2017 that none were found.I hereby request that you remove our non response status in the matter and record our response to Ms. Florence Mascciangelo herein. Thank you.If you would like more information or to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact
