To Whom It May Concern,I received your letter Friday and am really not quite sure why *** ***got so upset being told that she cannot park on private property that ispermit parking only for The Riverside tenants.In your letter, *** stated that our maintenance man kept comingtoward herJim
(our maintenance man) informed me that he did not getwithin feet of ***Jim has been our employee for three years and wehave high regards for himWe have never, ever received one complaintabout JimJim informed me that he stepped closer because he could nothear what *** was saying but never got within feet of her.When *** called to complain I patiently listened to her complaintWhenshe started to attack Jim's character I said I don't receive that and that iswhere I will continue to stand on that matterWe are running a businesshere and the people that reside at The Riverside apt complex pay rent tohave parkingWe have constant on going problems with the tenants wholive in the complex next door parking in our parking spots, leaving no spotsopen for our own tenants to parkWe have plenty of visible signs postedthroughout our property stating that this is private property and it is permitparking only by the residents.*** by her own admission told Jim that she has been parking off and onin our parking lot for over a year and does not understand what the big dealis.We could have had ***'s vehicle towed but wanted to try and resolvethis before we took that kind of approach.*** stated that she would like something to be done so she can feel safecoming and going from her apartmentMay I suggest that she stay off ofThe Riverside property and this should alleviate any apprehension or fearsthat she might have.We appreciate the Revdex.com and hope that this situation can be resolved in aorderly and timely manner.Thank youTrudy C***Manager
