I had multiple issues with my PC and an old ** desk jet printer - ITUS team offered me the best economical package to improve my pc speed and installed a licensed avg software ; my PC runs good now, they use electronic signature and avoid the paper hassles. Service was quick , prompt and courteous.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The reply states that nowhere does it state we will see Christmas Lights. How come the driver told us that they were just heading to Central Park to see the lights now if there aren't any. It says it is a "Holiday Theme" when there were not any holiday lights, decorations, reference to holidays , no holiday trivia etc. Why call it "Holiday Edition" at all then. That is very deceiving. They then state they find it hard to believe we were told we could get back on the bus when indeed we were told that by the female tour guide. She said since we were struck in traffic, we could catch back up with the bus. My daughter who is 9 years of age did use the bathroom before we left but we were 2 hours into a 1 1/2 hour tour and she had to go again. The driver said we would be at least another hour to an hour and a half since she was just heading for the "HOLIDAY" lights. The whole experience was disappointing. To be told by the company when we called to complain that "someone may get back to you via email" is just poor customer service. This was false advertising. We basically went up one side of Times Square and right back down the other. How is that a "Holiday Edition" tour? I would like a refund of our money. We took a tour over to Brooklyn the year before and it was amazing. That is a company that knows how to run a "Holiday" tour.

experience with holiday content provided by our cast. Also, we clearly state that our route is subject to change due to a list of factors including traffic. Traffic in Manhattan during the holidays is unpredictable and most assuredly unavoidable. There are no restrooms on our coaches. Because of this, our box office and audience service staff direct our patrons to use the restroom before boarding the coach. It is also written on our tickets with a suggestion for using the restroom at our partner restaurant’s Time Square location. We have a strict company policy that anyone who chooses to exit the vehicle will not be granted access back onboard. Because of this policy, we find it hard to believe that anyone on our staff directed you to exit the vehicle while the show was still in progress. Again, we apologize that you had complications the day of your experience with us.
