The occupant who submitted this complaint was not in lease with The Retreat Apt, The Retreat had a one year lease contract housing *** *** ** *** had been asked multiple times to submit an application
for screening and possibly placed on the lease (if criteria passed) but *** ** *** simply refused*** *** began to show aggression and rage issues to maintenance as well as residents and even started trying to provoke altercation between myself and *** ***The company decided that he was a liability and before anything could get get out of hand we were going to serve the resident *** *** with a day perform or quit notice, but *** *** submitted her day notice of intent to vacate on 07/07/before we were able to sreve *** ***After a failed attempt at doing a walk through, *** *** sent her son *** *** with a letter rendering the unit and allowing *** *** to do a final walk through on 07/29/Unfortunately we were not able to finish due to *** *** raging over needed repairs and deductions that would be in place, after assaulting me I ended the walk through and went to my office to call the police*** *** came to my door and tried breaking in while saying "Lets finish this ,Ill *** **" then turned around immediately after I pulled out my cell phone to record himI also have the assault recorded as I was recording and taking pictures during the walk through, police unfortunately could not do anything due to them not witnessing the assaultHowever they did retrieve the properties keys from *** ***I also have *** *** Recorded on my office answering machine placing threats on 08/16/2014.
So to address the complaint, itemized disposition of security deposit has been sent on 08/14/to address listed in the complaint with united state postal receipt to approveAll documentation can be sent a pone request

Review: The Retreat Apartment Community was home for 1 year and half. The property manager has not issued or mailed me an itemized list of repairs and painting that had to be done to the apartment I rented. He tried to automatically enter me into a lease without proper signatures or contract and always comes up with excuses or reasons why he does what he does. My last day was 07/29/2014. Inspection was done prior to move out with only a few things needed (2 small replacement blinds @ 2cents each and a small section ( 12 inch by 12 inch) needed some touch up paint. This unit was left very clean and tidy. To this day, I have not received an itemized inspections of repairs that were needed and my deposit of 500 dollars has yet to be returned in full or partial. I don't know what to do and hope Revdex.com can help .. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like the itemized list of repairs that were needed and my full or partial deposit of 500 dollars returned.
