The Repipe Company

I contacted Repipe Company regarding repair of a leak in a galvanized pipe and possible entire home repipe. Carlos came to our house and gave us a quote for repipe and also quote to repair the leak. We opted to repair the leak and also opted to have the whole house repipe when a crew was available. Lupe came to the home and did the repair of the leak, he was very professional and the leak was repaired. Carlos promised multiple dates that a repipe crew would be available, originally stating as early as the following Saturday. After several changes, the crew was actually available the following Thursday. Two guys showed up on Thursday and looked over the house and the options for repipe. They did not immediately advise what their plan was to repipe. The worked most of the morning cutting holes in the walls and ceiling, then left for lunch. When they came back they explained to me they intended to cut holes in the ceiling the entire width of the house! Also they did not intend to repair the cuts to the sheetrock due to a special promotion that did not include repairing the sheetrock. We confirmed this with Carlos, ie no repairs to the sheetrock. Their plan to install the repipe plus the amount of damage they would do installing the new pipe did not match what had been described by Carlos when he sold the job, so we cancelled the job.

We had to have a total house repipe on our townhouse because of the old galvanized pipes that had not been updated for over 40 years. We saw the reviews on Carlos and his team and had Carlos come give us a quote. His quote was thorough and a lot better price than any of the other five plumbing companies that gave us quotes.
Carlos and his team did an amazing job, and they were conscientious about every step. They followed through on every promise including re plastering, painting and cleaning the whole house with a maid service plus they finished the entire job exactly as they stated in their quote.
I can't praise this company enough!
