The Registry Apartments

I feel like a refund should be issued because this has been going on since I first moved in and nothing seems to be changed. excuses are still being made and it's just getting real old. I mean would you live at a place that had a problem with it 2-3 times a month. I'm a full time college student...

 and I work two part-time jobs  so  when you feel like you're spending your hard on money on an apartment  and you don't even know if your hot water is even going to be working the next day. It can become annoying.  kind of hard to make this place feel like home. I feel like if I'm going to pay you guys over $2,000 a semester to live here I would almost rather stay in a dorm and pay them $2,000 a semester because at least I don't have to worry about nothing when I live in a dorm.
