The Red Barn Auction

I live out of state and had someone deliver items from a household of my deceased parents to the Red Barn to auction off the items. I received an inventory sheet from the person who delivered the items as well as an itemized sales sheet from the Red Barn. On 9/27/19 an auction was held and contained items that had been sent to the auction. I have enclosed a list of what sold and also the itemized list of consigned merchandise. I did not fill out the list as I was out of state. It was filled out by someone else. I didn't even know when the auction was taking place.

There was a 3/4 Eastlake bed and dresser that were in good condition taken to the auction and per the auctioneer, it was probably thrown out. An upright freezer is not accounted for. I have no idea what happened to these items. She didn't know either.

I asked if any of the items that were sent to her auction house would be sold at other auctions. She didn't know.

I have tried numerous times to contact the auctioneer, Patricia *** and have never received an explanation from her. One time she said I'll check the records and call you back in 10 minutes. I waited for almost 3 weeks and called her back. No response. I called her a couple of weeks later and she said I'll call you back in an hour and never did. It's been a couple of weeks and I still haven't heard back from her.
