Charged a service through a call company that is believe to be the same company then told that card wouldn't be charged until completion of service. Charged same day then company want to do business on side think the service company in cahoots just to charge service twice.

we don't do anything on the side. They charge. I have a recording from a third party company. Booking company charges a flat rate we charge parts and labor.
I contacted Appliance HD re service on my refrigerator. Paid a $60 service fee upfront. *** from Ks Elite was given my name. Mr. came to provide service on my refrigerator on March 14, 2019. He advised that the compressor was not working. I paid almost $600 for a service fee, a $45 fee to expedite the compressor and for the compressor upfront. He offered Friday night or Saturday options to put the compressor in. Saturday morning around 10:00 I contacted him about when he would be there to put the compressor on. He advised that he had not picked it up yet. Around 11:30 a.m. he advised he had just picked it up. Advised at that time he was looking for a place that was open so he could be Freon. Contacted him around 2:30-3:00 to get status. Did not answer text or phone call. Sent a text asking him to "please respond". Advised that he was still looking for Freon. At 5:07 p.m. still had not heard from him. Sent a text asking for refund. Advised that it was not his fault he was not able to get Freon. Very poor service and communication. I have lost all confidence in Mr., including the fact that I don't feel like he knows what he is doing and he surely does not care. He promised a service which he did not fulfill. He was evasive Saturday and would not own his mistake.
