The Realty Shoppe of Pasco, Inc.

Mary R. and Realty Shoppe loves to take your money but in the end will scam you and take your deposit. I moved out of the house I rented from this company in August 2015. I left the house clean and in better shape than it was when I moved in. Well Mary R. Realty Shoppe of Pasco on US 19 decided to keep my money. They said they had to pay someone to clean it and the yard which was a lie. I asked Mary R. for receipts of work done and she never did. Also the money left over after the supposed cleaning she sent to the actual owner of the house who lives in Texas and told me to take it up with him. Bottom line is I'm out $1,425 and I'm a 100% Disabled Army Veteran on constructed tight budget. I do not Recommend this company what so ever!
