Review: The first time [redacted] was hired to fix my computer for a minor bug he installed an antivirus software and "misplaced" my brand new asus charger ($200) value and had nothing to offer but a lousy $25 dollar replacement that I had to accept in order to use my computer. I then hired him, off good faith once more, to fix my computer. It turns out my computer had a "bug" again with my antivirus still active. Granted each time he would "fix" my computer there was at least a 2 week turn around time. Lastly, I gave [redacted] one last opportunity to fix my computer, that kept shutting down, in order to restore his good faith, but once again he failed to do so. After months of trying to reach him he gave me a computer with a damaged motherboard and USB port with no explanation. At this point I dont know if my computer is hacked or not.Aside from his pathetic work ethic, customer service and his thieving ways [redacted] still has the audacity to pretend he has done nothing wrong.I forbid anyone from doing business with this thief.Desired Settlement: I would like a brand new computer that is of equal value and quality as the one that was trashed by [redacted]. I would like him to pay the full expense for the new computer as it is his fault that I am now without a home computer and I am left with a damaged and possibly hacked computer. The computer is an "ASUS all in once PC ET2701INTI" and was originally $1500
