Sent me a substitution item that I am allergic to (strawberries). I was told that they would provide a mailer for me to return the product and never received the mailer. Another item is out of stock for 3 months and they said they would refund my money. They did not refund my money. I am now working through my credit card company to dispute the charge (from 3 weeks ago). It appears like they would have never even told me that my order would take another 3 months. Very dissatisfied.
The Ready Store. What can I say, other than I'm amazed with their quality service, shipping second to none? Fast, here when I needed food items for a emergency, it only took a couple of days and it was in Utah even after having several Earth Quakes over one hundred after shocks. I ordered from 3 different sites Legacy Essentials, Based right here in Salt Lake City Ut they showed two 120 servings buckets in stock expedited shipping within a few miles from where I live and I received a response that it would take over a month to get to my house, after showing in stocked. They said, because of the situation it would take longer, maybe May they couldn't even say, for sure? I also ordered from Honeyville, just another name Legacy Essentials is business with, they get they food from someone that will put any ones name on their food products. It's supposed to be high quality freeze dried food. 3 businesses I ordered from. My honest opinion I would only order from The Ready Store, they were there for me when I needed them, their in stock and information was accurate. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
Total Corruption. Sent me a much lower quality order than what I paid for then will not accept any phone calls and stated I have not placed any orders on their website which I received although WRONG.
I placed an order on February 27, 2020 8:03:32 PM and I can not reach customer service to cancel refund the order. My order number is *** in the amount of $278.86. I am unable to reach the website due to it not being secure and when I email the company, no one responds. After reviewing other reviews this website seems to be a scam with involves fraudulent charges. I would like to have my money refunded and I do not wish to do business with them.
I ordered a 72 MRE pack from this company which stated per their website that it would contain "30 Beef MREs, 30 Chicken MREs and 12 Vegetarian". I received 60 Chicken and 12 Vegetarian. Of the 60 Chicken MREs I received there were only two different meals (30 of each type). Attempted to find a resolution by emailing company's customer service but they did not offer any attempt at reconciliation.
I placed an order for 1 item via "https://www.thereadystore.com/", on November 16th, 2019. I was charged a delivery fee which included a 3-5 day delivery promise. It is now December 2nd, 2019, and my item has not been shipped. I have tried numerous times to contact customer service via phone, but have only received 1 answer in the past two weeks. The representative I spoke to assured me that my order would be shipped by the end of the week (by Friday, November 29th), but it still has not. I have tried calling back many times today, with no answer.
Order Number: *** Invoice Number:
I have bought from their website 3 times and my card number was stolen each time, within a couple weeks of the purchase. I made sure to check other transactions around the same time and this business was the only one that was in all 3 incidents. The last incident happened with a credit card that hadn’t been used in more than 2 years.
I recently placed two orders at the readystore website. I received a call from a representative today telling me they were cancelling my order as they refused to honor the discounted prices on their website. They did offer me a lesser discount, however, they need to honor the advertised prices on their website. They want another $100 per item over the advertised discount price...
