Then after wards the attorney needs to sign the checks since it is an attorney client trust account, the attorney is the only authorized person to sign the checks. Our office mailed Ms*** check and her mother’s as well on May 22, 2017, attached are the copies of the cancelled checks confirming they both received their checks and cashed them.
