We have received the complaint regarding the MCAT preparation program that took place at [redacted] from 5/8/17-6/6/17.  After reviewing our records we do show that multiple contacts were made by Ms. [redacted] with our office regarding the course over the term of the program and some concerns she had...

about the structure of the class.  These conversations largely occurred once the course was already well underway and our staff did make inquiries with the instructors to ensure that the classes were being taught to the correct standard, but it seems this is not what she was anticipating in the program.  Because we would like to provide some relief for the dissatisfaction she suffered, we are prepared to offer the $1050.60 refund as requested.  It will be processed via our accounting department and refunded back to the original payment method we have on file.
