The Preserve At Bent Creek Apartments

I went in back in February and told the *** my lease was up the end of AprilI was showed a bedroom Bath model and told no apartments were available at the time and my information was taken and I was told that I would receive a call when a notice was put inI was also told to call from time to time to check which I did I called on Thurs and was told there was a 'coming available the end of April when I called on Saturday to go by to pay my app fee I was told the apt had been leased yet I never got a phone callTechnically the apt was to be leased to me not whoever they leased it tooThat was unfair to meWhat type of customer service is that I was lied too on top of NEVER ONCE WAS I CALLED AND THE APT WAS LEASED....WOW.......CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE KEY TO A GOOD BUSINESS AND LYING TO MEWELL THAT SUCKS
