They are seriously understaffed, thus calls are late in coming, service is late in coming. Efforts are duplicated, through lack of communications. An attractive shop, but not well run.
Best place I have ever shopped for lawn equipment
Great prices
Great friendly people
Fast service
Won't shop nowhere else and I don't live in *** NC
drop my chainsaw off four weeks ago for repair was told I would be called within 2 weeks to be told if it was covered under warranty or I would have to pay.
called to check on was told out do you receive a phone call back that day because they had to check their paper records they don't keep computer records.
No one called back so I call back the next day told him I thought this was inconvenient.
was actually call back that day by the manager and told was told I was being rude because I expect a call back in an unreasonable amount of time.
I told him I thought he was out of line at that point he told me if I had a problem with him I could come down and handle it at the shop. Basically threatening me.
headed down to the shop now to pick up my chainsaw will see how he handles his actions.
Obviously they told me they weren't covered under the warranty that it was going to be charged.
I won't give my business to this place while he's employed there
People at Power Outlet are rude to their customers, they didn't call us when our mower was ready.
We dropped our mower off 6 weeks ago for simple repairs. We had to follow-up several times. they wouldn't return phone calls, hung up on us and when we asked when the mower would be ready they told us we had a bad attitude. When my wife picked up the mower yesterday they were rude and told us that they didn't know why there were extra charges to get our mower.
They told us initially that it would be $40 for the repairs but they charged us $140.00 but couldn't really explain why after having the mower for 6 weeks. This is ridiculous and very poor customer service.
We are going to definitely respond to this tale and need a few more days to prepare our rebuttal.
Revdex.com, I have attached an invoice showing what we paid so that it may help the memory of The Power Outlet since they said they can't find us in their records. Not being able to find the work they did for us is another example of their poor business skills and ability to properly service their customers.
