Review: I am outraged at the fact that they will not refund money due to poor quality on a very expensive product
I purchased a double dog feeder on 12/6/2013 order #30267 I knew from the website they didn't do returns but I was sure they would when I explained that the quality of this product was really poor to say the least. I sent customer service a message and got no response (imagine that) so I called and the girl basically said sorry no returns as she proceeded to read the return policy to me. I was furious! She didn't care one bit if I was a happy customer. She said I will call the designer and see if they will return it for you... now you know how that turned out. The designer doesn't do returns and posh puppy will take it back for a mere 25% (highway robbery) restocking fee. What happened to the days when a business actually cared if you were satisfied and wanted to keep your business?? I get their policies but if someone is truly unhappy with the quality of your merchandise you should want to make an exception (I know I would if I were running a business) I really don't know anyone or any business I have ever shopped that didn't make something like this right and be more than happy to do it, not take money for an overpriced poorly make product and then have the nerve to make even more on arestock fee.... REALLYDesired Settlement: I will only be happy with my money returned and totally refunded. The product they sent is so cheap looking and it was very expensive. I am not satisfied at all with the looks of the product (double dog feeder)
Review: I ordered merchandise from company online, was charged to my credit card immediately but was never sent merchandise. I contacted the company via phone and email, I talked to [redacted] several times. Every conversation ended with a promise that my shipment was going out "tomorrow". To this date, I have still no shipping info, no merchandise, a balance for the charged merchandise on my credit card, and the contact is now unavailable.Desired Settlement: I would only accept a refund because I refuse to give this company anymore business.

We stopped the shipment and refunded the customers card. We specifically told her that there was a backorder delay and she wanted to wait, however, now she did not want to. It arrived first thing yesterday and we prepared shipment and stopped it after she requested a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: The company, Posh Puppy Boutique, has NOT issued a refund to my credit card regardless of what they have said. It is for this reason I have involved Revdex.com because the false claims made by Posh Puppy Boutique. When they refund my credit card then we can resolve this matter, not until then.

Review: Ordered a pet carrier on 5/23 for trip on 6/14/13. Told by Cust Svc that it shipped. Missed 2 day sale and now told item is on 60 day back order
I ordered a pet carrier from www.poshpuppyboutique.com on 5/23/13. On 6/3 PPB had a 2 day store wide sale. I called customer service to see if I could apply the 30% discount since order was not received. I was told by [redacted] that it had shipped, that she would get me tracking info and that I could not apply discount at this point. Tracking info was not confirmed and I emailed [redacted] a request to receive the discount if order had not shipped. Spoke with [redacted] on 6/5. She told me that the manufacturer was on a 60 day back order. The sale is over and I missed the opportunity to order an alternative bag at the discount. At this point I do not have the bag and it is unlikely that I will have a bag in time for my trip on 6/14. I asked for the 30% discount to order another choice and was declined by [redacted] even though I missed the sale because of [redacted]. She indicated that I may receive a bag in time if they have it in the store. I was not offered free shipping for any rush nor was I offered the full offer of bags on the site to make my trip.
Desired Settlement: The bag that I ordered is the bag that I want. Black is preferred but brown would be fine at this point. Bag must be size small. I would like it when it becomes available in 60 days at the 30% discount and rush shipping covered by Posh Puppy Boutique.
Settlement request is based on missing the sale, missing other Memorial Day sales from other carriers while I believed that my order was in process, missing the deadline for my trip even though I ordered this well in advance and being told that it shipped when clearly it had not.

Customer was never told item shipped. We told the customer that it ships directly from the manufacturer and we would find out as quickly as we could the ship time. The manufacturer told us that the item was on backorder for approximately a month. We offered the customer a different product or a refund. Customer was VERY rude and unreasonable in demanding that we do something about this. We cannot produce an item that does not exist.
At this time due to her unrealistic behavior towards our staff we do not wish to do business with this customer and wish for her to shop elsewhere.
Her demands of the customer is always right is not a valid point or complaint. My staff does not need to put up with rude and demanding behavior to a customer who feels she has a sense of entitlement.
Please ask this customer to shop elsewhere we do not wish for her to shop with us.

I was told by them that they were sure that it had shipped since it had been several days since the order was placed. I was frustrated by misinformation that caused me to miss their two day sale. I also had opportunities to order this item from other vendors before they all went on back order. I never raised my voice or used bad language.
The "rude customer" comment is just a way to justify poor business. I lodged this complaint as a caution to others before supporting this company. I have read numerous other complaints about their staff online. Buyer please beware.
Review: There arent enough characters here to express my disgust at how Ive been treated by this company.-VERY short synopsis- Ive been dealing with this since Oct 2014. Didnt receive my items which arrived too late (a month later) for which I needed them for. Of course their policy doesnt allow returns. They confused me with other customers multiple times and allowed me to return, only to tell me no I couldnt return because I was the wrong person. They settled on letting me exchange (after many many phone calls and them yelling at me! In so many words they(including the owner!) said they could care less about my business.) My husband even tried to get the issue resolved only for him to be belittled as well. So, after I chose items as an exchange I put the order in and did 5-7 business day shipping (I got items that were cheap enough to include shipping). On the 9th business day I received a note from the post office to pay $8.40 for shipping to receive my items. Went to post office and asked the manager the details. The item had been shipped 2nd day and the total was $14.50. I didnt ask for 2nd day shipping why would I pay for it? I want a refund on shipping at minimum. On merit for zero customer service,rude behavior and having to spend my time since last year dealing with simply wanting Christmas items for my Pup...I would let the store owner decide if they want to redeem themselves. If they would have been apologetic and/or nice about the situation I wouldnt be wasting my time with the Revdex.com but, since I was treated worse than Ive ever been treated by a company in my life I will do what I need to do to hopefully shine attention on the matter and how a business is NOT supposed to be run. They do not deserve hard earned patrons money. The store may be nice but, I think they are in over their heads with an online store. I feel Ive been scammed and very sickened by the lack of care for the people that pay their bills. I have a feeling their pride wont allow them to humor me for $8.40 bc they dont careDesired Settlement: Posh Puppy Boutique mailed my item 2nd day for $14.50 (or a little over) when I paid for 5-7 business day shipping. They only paid for 1 pound when the item weighed 2 pounds leaving the difference of $8.40 for me to pay.I think they realized they were late shipping me the item and rush mailed it only to make me pay for it. They made the original mistake back in 2014 and were never apologetic and now I have to pay for their mistake. This seems to be reoccuring after reading many review sites.

We have actually had to ban this customer from shopping with us and threatened to report them to the police. We cannot go into details but we want no communication with them per the advice of our legal department. They are harassing and actually "stalking" our owner personally. We will consider this matter closed. Because we will no longer communication and deal with their "demands" "threats" etc. we are denying any further third party communication and any further communication will be reported to the authorities.
Review: I ordered a non-specialty item from the website, and was charged the full price the following day. After a week, the order remained in the "processing" stage. I contacted the business to find out the issue, and was tole that "the item was due in the following Wednesday, and would be shipped at that time". I waited and found that after the said date, the order was still processing, and no shipment was made. The website specifically stated that items ship in 3-5 business days, and it has been well over that.
At that point I asked to cancel my order that was still in the processing stage and was told that I can not cancel the order or get a refund. If the order was still processing, then why was I charged for an item that they did not physically have, nor ever say that it was on back order. And if the order was still in processing staged, then why is it unable to cancel the order.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my order. The order was not completed and no items were ever shipped.
