The Posey Shoppe

My name is [redacted] I am the owner of The Posey Shoppe. My response to this complaint #[redacted] is as follows 
Yes [redacted] L [redacted] did place an order FTD online to [redacted] & [redacted] (see attached) 
Delivery date was May 10th 2014 which in the flower business is...

MOTHERS DAY our biggest 
holiday. 
We did not have the flowers requested for this arraignment. All orders recieved today we called the customers 
recieving the flowers and explained we are out of flowers and can re-deliver on the following Monday or Tuesday. 
I called [redacted] explained this to him he said "oh that is OK go ahead and make something 
similar". I said 
we can not deliver we have 75 arraignments still to go out he said "oh that is fine we will pick it up" which he did. 
There was a Memorial Service that afternoon. 
Well Ms. [redacted] called very upset and distrough to The Posey Shoppe she just recieved a photo of the flowers 
they were not what she ordered- I agreed told her the phone call I made to the [redacted] family. Now she was very upset. 
She sent the flowers and said I should have called her. At this point she was rude, swearing and 
could not even be talked to. 
She demanded we reseed the arraignment Monday with the flowers she ordered. I refunded her money back on the 
credit she used online (see attached) and told her I will not redeliver with the attutide she has. So she told me she was 
going to call the Revdex.com and report it. I called Kellie Brown and she said she would make a note I 
called.
