Review: I purchase two sets of bicycle pedals (time pedals, model MX-8) on 2/** via telephone for a total of $391.05. I was told pedals would be delivered to the shop by Tuesday 2[redacted]. After not being notified of pedal delivery I called on 2/**. I was told that the pedals were in their possession and that they would be sent out to me on 3/*. On 3/* after having not received said pedals I called the shop again and asked for a tracking number. I was met with "call me back in 30 minutes and I would provide it". I decided to wait and called on 3/*. This time I was told "I forgot to send them out and I sent them out today". Again no tracking number, I was told to call back. Granted I called numerous times during the week only to be met with no one picking up the phone or no answering machine. My last phone call was on 3/**, once again asking for a tracking number. After waiting on the line for about 5 minutes, I was told something was wrong with their [redacted] system and he could not locate the package, he would call me back. I waited all day Saturday (3/**) and never received a call or email. I sent an email to the bicycle shop which as of this morning I still have not received a response. I am looking for a full refund of this charge as I no longer wish to do business with this vendor.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my original purchase of $391.05.
