We have been working diligently with Mrs. [redacted] who then referred all contact to her future son-in-law.  We have tried to explain to Mrs. [redacted] that the spa is tripping the breaker due to a surge from something in her area which only happens between  7am  - 8:30am in the morning...

Monday through Friday and never on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday.  Mrs. [redacted] does not understand electricity so we have had a licensed electrician who is also an electrical Engineer as well as a Electrical Inspector in RI come to her home and look at the spa as well as her electrical box. He has determined that there is not a problem with the spa but he recommends a transformer to be installed to eliminate the spa tripping.  We have offered to do this  (at our own cost) but her future son-in-law wanted to research it further.  The electrician even took the time to tell him where to find this in the electrical Code book and gave hime the code number.  Again, he would review it.  We have left messages now for the future son-in-law but he has not responded back to us.  Please be aware that we diligently working on a resolution to this problem.
