Without violating the HIPAA privacy laws, I can tell you that Ms*** has never made a claim to the Polyclinic about the refund that she now claims she is due in her Revdex.com complaint and has never made a request to the Polyclinic for such a refund (or if she has, DrW*** certainly has no knowledge of it)I can also tell you that, having discussed the complaint with DrW***, it has absolutely no merit whatsoever and no refund is dueUntil I receive a signed release from Ms.***, I cannot provide you with the details of DrW*** 's response
