Installed tile shower that does not drain properly, causing issues with mold and mildew. Will not respond to complaints.This company installed a tile shower in June of 2010. The floor of the shower was installed incorrectly and does not allow water to run to the drain. As a result we have had numerous problems with mold, mildew, and efflorescence. They were initially responsive to complaints about other, more minor issues (such as grout cracks, incorrectly sloped niche shelf, and caulking problems), but when we have tried to contact them about this issue, they are unreachable.Desired SettlementWe would like the company to come back to our house and re-do the work correctly. A refund would also be acceptable so we can hire a new company to do the work correctly.
