The Pleasant Plumber

I called last night about a broken shower head and by early afternoon today, Barrett and Joe arrived exactly when they said they would be here. They were knowledgeable, friendly, kind and patient, clearly explaining the work they needed to do. I really appreciated that. I strongly recommend this company and in particular, these two tradespeople. Thank you for your prompt and reassuring service.

We loved working with Pleasant Plumber and Alex was awesome!! He was able to retrieve my wedding ring and I was thrilled. Alex was very courteous and professional and responded to the call quickly. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you Alex!

Andrew came out to do some work (replace bathroom sink taps, replace 3pce shower tap set and replace worn Caroma toilet parts). Very nice guy and knowledgeable+ too! Worked hard... answered alot of questions. Would definitely hire this company again if needed! Cost was very reasonable considering the amount of time spent here. Thanks again, Andrew!

Responded to the problem fast and efficiently. Their work was very clean and tidy, which I can't say for other companies and is often understated. Friendly and accommodating as well. Can't recommend The Pleasant Plumber enough!

Laundry room drain was plugged. When I called for a serviceman they were here within 45 minutes. Very pleasant gentleman. When he was finished everything was all neat and tidy, no mess for me to clean up. He noticed that my washing machine wasn't balanced so he took the time to fix it for me. I really appreciated that he took the time to do that for me. Great guy! Unfortunately didn't catch his name. Would highly recommend their services. SHERIDAN

Our drain from the kitchen garburetor plugged, and caused our washer to backup in the basement at 9PM on a Friday night. We called The Pleasant Plumber and booked a service call for between 3 and 5 PM the next day. Not only were they fast, friendly, reasonably-priced and did a great job, they were able to fit us in even earlier than promised! Fantastic service!
