The Phantom Gourmet

I am writing to express my disappointment in the event that took place yesterday. It was the phantom gourmet winter phest. I wrote a comment on ***, which was deleted by the phantom gourmet administrator. I commented a second time and have been blocked from that page. So I am now writing here and will do so on other food sites as well.
I had no idea the event would be outdoors and was not dressed well enough to stay out for long. The description said "indoor outdoor event," so I thought indoors would be an option. Come to find out, the only way to have the indoors be a part of the event was to go in a restaurant and pay for a meal. So then Id be paying for the phantom tickets and again for a meal...or I could just go there another day and pay for the meal without the phantom tickets. Didnt make sense. I was expecting lots of tables and free samples of good food, as described on the site. Outdoors, there were a bunch of food trucks. Nothing fancy, just regular food trucks with price signs. In order to have a sample, you had to wait in long lines and then PAY for a sample. I thought we would be getting free samples...why would I pay for a ticket and then pay for samples??
My mom passed away 6 months ago. Her name was ***; you may look it up and see her obituary if you would like. She loved watching the phantom gourmet. 1/26 was my birthday and it was my first bday without my mom. I wanted to go to this event in honor of my mom on my bday. I am happy to prove my bday as well if youd like.
The whole day was a huge disappointment and I was freezing cold. I am also disappointed that my negative feedback was deleted and blocked from ***, rather than having someone address it.
And just for the record, pg was the last show my mom watched before she passed. What a huge disappointment. The company did not even address the issue, but rather deleted my comment and blocked me from the page. Shame on them.
