Our warranty covers any type of health issue which a veterinarian may consider to be a health risk within the first fourteen days of purchase. The customer may return the kitten for a full refund. At that time we have our veterinarian check the health of the animal and treat it accordingly. We never “put to death” any animal which can be treated, as [redacted] suggests that we do.

My family purchased a kitten from this store, and it died 10 days later. We were told at the time of purchase that we would have a 14-day health warranty and a 1-year life warranty. After the kitten died, we got jerked around so much by the store. They told us they wouldn't authorize a necropsy, so we couldn't determine the cause of death, and unless we could state with certainty that it died of natural causes, they wouldn't refund our money. The necropsy would cost us ~$550 to obtain our ~$100 refund!! We spoke with several managers and employees, who said they spoke with the owner who refused to do anything for us. I strongly urge people to avoid doing any business with these people.
Review: On Sunday August 3, 2014 I purchased two female kittens from this business who were said to have been vet-checked, de-wormed and given their first shots. I took the kittens to the veterinarian a week after purchase once I had noticed that one of the kittens wasn't behaving normally and had a small amount of blood in her stool. Once at the veterinarian it was found that both kittens had ear mites, fleas and a fatal intestinal condition called coccidias which is always fatal if not treated in time. I have put out more than twice the amount in vet bills than I had originally paid for them. When I called the business I was told "we don't reimburse vet bills" before I could even explain why I was calling. I don't want to give these kittens back as I know this place would certainly mean death for them and my kids and I have grown attached but I want the money back that I paid for them as well as their right to sell kittens taken away as they are selling sick animals knowingly and not owning up to their actions.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for what I've paid for them and their license to sell kittens taken away.
