The owner *** is awful and her groomers DO NOT know how to groom poodles! She shaved my poodles ears completely off! Requested payment and a tip prior to showing me my dog. When they handed him to me I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction. Later that evening I posted a negative YELP REVIEW. She did not offer any compensation and I had to request an apology. This lady is insane has bad ethics. Hey The PET PARLOR is known for this disservice!
Hello my name is *** business owner of The Pet Parlor. I received a complaint form with ID. Customer came in 8/27/19 to get her dog groomed, after checking dogs coat I let her know that her dog had to be cut short because he was really matted she said, "yes I know that's fine", then I proceeded to check the dogs head and ears and told her the ears are also matted they will have to be short same length like the body she said, "ok". Dog received a full service. When she picked up she was very surprised because the ears where short and asked why we cut them short. I told her we went over it when you dropped off and I told you they where going to be short because they were matted she said looks like St and walked out. Later that afternoon she posted a negative review on yelp, I replied let her know again that she agreed to the haircut, she kept harassing me thru private yelp messages and I just ignore. On 8/31/19 she called the shop yelling at me saying we ruined her dogs ears we dont know how to groom she needs a free service in return. I let her know once again that she agreed to the haircut and even have it on video. She then got more upset and starting disrespecting me so I hung up the phone. She then went back on yelp and *** to post more negative disrespectful reviews. So now I received this complaint form and responding back. Thank you for your time. Have a good day

The owner of The Pet Parlor *** is a blatant liar. . She nor her staff knows how to groom particular dogs namely poodles. This is clarified by other customers on Yelp. Furthermore I never asked nor do I need any free services for my dog. I explained nicely to the owner *** that there was obviously a miscommunication with regards to my dogs cut. I then asked her for some form of compensation since I was not satisfied at how she butchered my Poodles ears. I am well within my rights to post negative *** comments on her business page. I never harassed her on private yelp page. She sent me a private message first and I replied therefore that is not harassment. Not only is she unprofessional an awful groomer she has now shown that she is also a liar. All actions that I am taking as a customer are within my rights. Instead of this woman being professional and showing any type of customer service to rectify the situation she is proven to be defensive and should not be in business. Efforts will continue to advise any and all neighbors of my community about the horrific grooming services she provided along with her nasty attitude and non-existent customer service skills. Yelp reviews also validate my point.
My name is *** owner of the pet parlor. Im responding back to Mrs. claim. She keeps claiming im rude unprofessional business owner. I have the footage of the day she came in with her 2 pets leaving one of them for us to groom. Dog was really matted it had to be shaved along with the ears, I let her know and she said ok. Its all on the footage. She picked up and was very upset and asked why we did that I told her he was matted and she was told ears where being shaved, walked out very upset . Posted a review on yelp I replied privately explaining that her digs ears are matted and suggest to brush and comb the dog at home so prevent further matting. She kept replying rudely on yelp also called claiming for a free service or money back. I told her we provided all services with her consent, she proceeded to be very rude and I hung up on her. she then puts another review on ***, a week later another review on yelp claiming I deleted all her reviews. All reviews are still on yelp and *** reviews cant be deleted. She says im being defensive towards the situation of course I am she is accusing me of being a liar, and not being professional. She was told the typed of haircut her dog was getting including the shaving of the ears and its all on footage.
I am rejecting this response because: per the video clipped sent I clearly stated you can cut the ear down. NOT SHAVE them off. I explained to this woman several times that there was miscommunication which can happen to anyone. The problem is instead of her apologizing and offering to remedy the situation as most professional business owners normally do, she became RUDE and DEFENSIVE stating I agreed to a service I clearly did not. After reviewing help reviews and her responses I noted that she has done the same disservice to other pets and pet owners. I will again mention that she requested a tip and payment prior to allowing me to see my dog. Since my dog had been there several times before and services were pretty good , I did not hesitate to provide a $4 tip. When I saw my dog I was extremely upset and instead of the owner immediately apologizing and trying to remedy the issue she got an attitude and allowed me to leave her establishment without so much as an apology or offering to at least return the cash tip! Lastly as a professional grooming company I would think that she would know that shavings poodle down to the skin leaves them no protection from the sun leaving them at risk to be sun burned. I continue to stand by my reviews and my complaint against The Pet Parlor and the owners ignorance on dog grooming.
