The Pest Bureau

I informed The Pest Bureau that my apartment had a yellow jacket infestation either in my wall or air conditioning unit as yellow jackets came into my bedroom in only week (sometimes as many as in one day)They made me wait a few days until someone would be in my area anyway
When they finally sent someone, she arrived with a broom and a can of RaidI told her that wouldn't work, that there was obviously a nest and that I would need a crack and crevice treatmentShe called her supervisor Melvin and put him on speakerphone and explained to him what I explained to herHe first told her just to spray my window but when I insisted on a crack and crevice treatment he said he would have to come to do it himself since the woman he sent was not certifiedI had his employee ask him when he could do it and I heard him over the speaker phone say, "Tomorrow."
Well, when the next day arrived, I waited at home and no one ever showedCalled the Pest Bureau and they told me that the employee had misspoken and that Melvin would not come until the next day
So the next day arrived, I waited at home (severely disrupting my schedule), and the same woman returnedI asked if Melvin was coming and she said she didn't knowCalled and was informed that Melvin refused to come
The Pest Bureau never addressed my problem, never even inspected or tried to exterminate my yellow jacket problem which wasted my time and put me and my family at great riskIn my opinion, the owner seems to be a lazy and dishonest personI have never experienced worse service (or lack thereof) from any business of any kind in my entire lifeI am baffled that they are still in business
