We contracted with them in June 2019 for a year of mowing, and pre-paid the year. On December 2, 2019 we cancelled the service due to unacceptable performance - they were not mowing and the lawn looked terrible. They committed to refunding the unused balance. The cost was $60/month, with no discounts, etc.
As of Jan 31, 2020, no refund, no responses to calls.
