The Perfect Maid Service

I was scheduled for a 2:30 PM move-out cleaning today. I scheduled it a couple weeks in advance, and I got a confirmation text a week ago.

Yesterday afternoon I got this text:

Good afternoon, I'm sorry but I have to move your time for tomorrow O just hot a cancellation and it will put is in Rockville at 12:30 instead of 2:30. Thanks

Umm...most people ASK before they reschedule you?? Anyway I told her that I can't guarantee that the movers would be out of my apartment by 12:30, so she said,

Oh I see I will move another house to their schedule so we can be there around 1;30-2:00

OK fine. So today I texted her when the movers left. They were out of here by 12:15, and I asked what time I can expect her crew. Around 1 PM she texted me that they would be here at 2:00.

At 2:38 I had not heard from her. I sent texts, to which she did not respond, and I called her several times, but she never picked up.

Update: at 2:42 she told me she would be here in five minutes.
They arrived at 2:55.

I did not even receive an apology for how late they were. I mean she literally just left me hanging for 38 minutes--she didn't even bother telling me they were going to be late.

To add insult to injury, she charged me 25% more than she quoted me.
