I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,
The project was activated on 10/24/2013 when a retainer was paid. It was completed on November 20, 2013. During the course of the project the standard scope of services were performed in the office and field. Following the completion of the staking the principal and land surveyor went to the site at...
the request of the owner to explain the markers.
That was completed for no additional cost shortly after the stakes were set. At that time the owner suggested if a dispute arose with the neighbor he may need additional work to be completed or provide him a plan of the survey.
The owner started calling in the summer of 2014 requesting the plan. At that time our workload was at it's maximum but his request was noted and the plan was scheduled. Our intent was to complete the plan, again for no additional cost, sometime in October or November when we could consider additional workload.
The plan is scheduled to be completed by November 19th or sooner. It will be mailed to him by then.
Review: I paid in full for a survey of my property in October 2013. The owner came out in November and marked the corner boundaries. He also confirmed that I would be provided with a platt of my property. Since that time, the owner has never provided a plat of my property which was promised. It has been over one year now. I have called this company several times over the past year, and even stopped by the business office in Peoples Plaza on several occasions and requested the platt of my property which I have already paid for. Every time, I am told that someone will call me back and explain what is going on and every time I hear no response. I am getting very frustrated with this situation. There is no reason why a customer who pays in full, should be made to wait this long for what they paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to either provide an accurate and professional platt as I paid for, or I would like part of my money credited back to me.
