Store clerk was hostile toward me when trying to purchase some cheap jewelry that was on sale She ended up refusing to allow me to purchase items and followed me out of the store yelling at me She also had a man come out with her and they took down my license plate information and yelled at me as I was pulling away I am now fearful that this crazy person will now try to do harm to me or my family in some way

[redacted] To whom it may concern, The customer entered my store and was shopping. There...
was another customer shopping, her name is [redacted]. My husband was also in store. I sit behind a counter and don't get up because store is not large. The table she picked items from was not a sale table. There were necklaces on a stand that were $5.00 dollars. There were also necklaces laying on table that she picked that had a $15.00 dollar sticker on them. She brought I believe two of those up and asked the price and I looked and said they are $15.00 dollars. She said no they were on the stand that said $5.00 - so I believe I walked over and I said ok I will give them to you for $5.00 dollars because I didn't want to make an issue of it. So I had tos necklaces at counter and she brought up what I thought was 3 more necklaces. She was holding them up and I said three more and this is where the issue started. She held up a necklace and her hand was over where the necklace connects - so it looked like two necklaces but it was one double chain necklace and once. I took it I said "oh it is a double." So I had the purchases and she said " what are charging for a double chain necklaces " and I said I didn't see it. I was writing up the sale and she made a loud grunting sound and I asked if there was an issue. She proceeded to tell me I was hostile and that she was going to file a complaint and stormed out. She stood outside of my store for at least 15 minutes my other customer was still there and husband. No one ran out screaming. My customer left and actually purchased one of the necklaces. [redacted] is willing to say that we didn't run out after her screaming. After [redacted] left she was still outside my store texting. At this point her behavior was making me uncomfortable. My husband and I walked outside she was in car waiting still texting. We did take her license plate because we were nervous about vandalism. We wanted her plate to give to police in event of any damage to outside of store. I have never had a complaint. I have all kinds of people in my store. I have no idea about the racial profiling aspect of her comments. I was willing sell to her. She left. Her behavior was threatening- she did not need to stand there and file the complaint. And we didn't scream at her in her car. We may have said good bye. I wish her the best -but I do not want her in my store again. Thank you, [redacted], President Sent from my iPad
