Review: On April **, 2015 at 11:44 AM, I went into this payomatic during my lunchtime to cash my paycheck. I have been there approximately four times previously without issue. I am a [redacted] teacher for the [redacted] at [redacted] at [redacted]. On this visit, I was serviced by a new face I had not seen before named [redacted],(Teller#[redacted]) who was preoccupied bopping to hip hop music while attending to me. She handed me a stack of money with the receipt without running the money through the counting machine or counting out the bills in front of me. After fees, I was to receive $1000.04. Although, this seemed odd, I was in a hurry and thought nothing of it. As I walked away from the window, I first noticed she did not give me the $0.04. I questioned her, at which point she nastily pushed a nickel under the window. Now, I grew suspicious ans as I walked away I said to myself I better count the entire amount before leaving, which I did. I had taken about 10 steps and realized she only gave me 7 $100 bills and 10 $20 bills totaling $900, which is $100 short of what I was suppose to receive. I ran up to the window handing her back the money and receipt demanding she count it and correct her mistake. She became defensive and accused me of wrong doing at which point I emptied and turned out all of my pockets and contents in my wallet. She insisted nothing could be done. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. She said she would count her drawer and after which she said her draw was balanced and she never said the amount she gave me but insisted I was at fault and since I left the window to count the money that nothing could be done. She gave me a number to a "supervisor", [redacted] who did not answer several calls which went directly to a voice mailbox that was full. After arguing with her several minutes, she gave me a number to corporate office where I have not received a return callDesired Settlement: I am seeking the supervisor or someone from their corporate office to review the several video cameras present in this store from the time [redacted] began assisting me until I left to prove or disprove that I am at fault for this mistake. If their is no proof, which there will be I expect this company to do the right thing and correct their mistake and replace the $100 they stole from me.
