new motor (square flange type that is not the normal, is a round flange) they didn't need a whole new pump that would cost more moneySo, we scheduled to go back out on Tuesday 7/11/but it rained us outNot only did it rain it stormed so the guys had to stop working for the dayOn Wednesday 7/12/we went out to install and realized that the motor we brought to install was only wired for electric and couldn't be switched to like most motorsSo there was nothing we could do but order a different motorShe called one of the owners (***, his number is in the phone book) at home at 9:that night (he was on leave due to surgery) so he said he had no idea what was going on and she would have to Call the store in the morningCharles Burton's number is not in the phone book so she could not have tried to call him, and Linda does have a new numberMrs*** called when we opened on Thursday 7/13/and talked to MrCharles Burton and she told him about the party so he told her we only get deliveries Monday, Wednesday, Friday but he would make a special trip up to our distributor (they are Vá hrs away) and pick up a motor for her and come put it on once he got backWhen he and Linda arrived at their house in the afternoon on 7/another pool company was there diagnosing the problemKnowing we were making the special trip to help her we thought this was poor business for her to call someone elseThe other company left and we installed the new motorShe was so happy and just beside herself with being pleased with our serviceWe are always as far as we can be and try to always go above and beyond to help our customersWe didn't charge them extra (not even our gas to go out and get the motor) just the feeAnd we are still waiting on payment.Burton PoolsCharles Burton and Linda Burtonds
