Gary was extremely responsive when my roof leaked after the first rain of the season. He found a leaking skylight and repaired it. We discussed the roof, a solid double-roof with at least 10 years left before replacement. I was impressed with Gary's complete report and I hired him to go over my entire roof and repair nail pops, replace a few cracked tiles and reseal all of the flashings. His price was absolutely reasonable. I plan to hire him for annual maintenance and I've recommended him to several friends. They were also very pleased with his work. And my roof hasn't leaked since.
