Review: Brought Balloons on the 10/17/2013 at 12:01 pm and went back to exchange for a bigger size from a 5 too a 9" but the owner was very rude, I asked him I just wanted to change for bigger size he said no, that there policy's state no exchange or return on balloons on there receipt, if that the case, the should tell every customer that walks in and buys balloons that it can no be return no matter if its is written on the receipt, because allot of people do not read small print on any receipt, plus they need to have a sign posted stating all balloons can not be returned at there register or wall. I was not told that at time of purchase if I would have been told at the time I purchase of the items from the cashier than I would not taken them back for exchange, I feel that Customer Service if a big factor for Business, to grow but when it comes when the owner of the store is rude, it make everyone not come in to shop.

Company states that according to their policy once the balloons leave their store they do not exchange latex balloons for any reason. Latex balloons have a tendency to dry out and they cannot resell a balloon that has been out of their controlled environment. This policy is posted on each register and it is also printed on the front bottom of each receipt.
