Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did not have a reservation for $6.95/day at TPSHowever, the gist of my complaint is that I was charged the covered rate of $at TPS1, even though I was directed to park in an uncovered unmarked spot by the curb.If TPScharges $9.95/day for covered parking, shouldn't there be an adjustment for uncovered? Sincerely, [redacted]
At this time, I have not been contacted directly by The Parking Spot regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The parking spot has submitted a claim to [redacted] , their insurance companyI believe they falsified a damage record that stated there was damage to the passenger side mirror prior to us leaving it in their establishment because [redacted] denied the claimI did not bring my car in with any damage to the mirrorTwo weeks later the mirror was shattered I have an estimate of $for a new casing and mirrorI called [redacted] and talked to a supervisorI talked with Laslo F*He walked me through the security camera video that he hadHe told me that the video was grainy and he could not see it clearly enough for judgementI asked him if he saw the pictures of our damage claimHe replied that there was obvious damage, as the mirror was hanging out of the casing by the wires and there was a gaping hole on the front of the casingWe came to an agreement that we would settle for $I would assume the responsibility of not taking my own precaution of trusting them, and take my own pictures to show proof of an intact carI am aware now that anyone can draw up a record of damage and predate it to cover their buttsI am not falsely claiming this as I know for a fact that the damage was done sometime after our departure and before our arrival to pick it upI will never use the Parking Spot again and encourage anyone traveling to use an alternate business In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
Without seeing a copy of the guest's receipt, it sounds very much like the guest made a reservation at our lowest priced parking option (Spot, which runs white shuttles with one large black spot), and ended up parking at another location of ours (a Parking Spot location, which runs yellow shuttles with many black spots) The website and the reservation confirmation email the guest would have received included the address for the location the guest reserved at on it Nevertheless, again, happy to review the guest's charges, if the guest would like to scan and email his receipt to us at [redacted] Thank you!
I used to love this company for parking when I needed to travel. I'm done now though! I have been overcharged erroneously the last 2 times I have used the facility on McClellan Street in Newark, NJ. I have placed 4 calls to the local office, who just tells me I need to speak with a manager, who is conveniently not available. The staff behind the desk could care less. I'm done with them! But this time, I refuse to just accept being ripped off. I've contacted the corporate offices, and will be pursuing further actions to get my charges corrected.

Our apologies, but we have one rate at The Parking Spot in Phoenix. When the lot gets full as it did over the holidays, we are happy to try to squeeze any guests without reservations in where we can, including along an outside fence that's not under the primary canopy the majority of the lot is under However, there is only one rate at the lot

I am rejecting this response because:I don't have the ability to scan and email receiptsThe reservation was from June to June The business surely has a record of the reservation that they sent meLooking at the reservation and the Parking Spot Club card it isn't possible to know that it made a difference which of the four Parking Spot lots one should park atIt should be made clear that each lot charges differently and it isn'tIt isn't possible to learn that different lots charge different ratesIf there was such a difference, It should have been make clear and not try to trick people into parking, unknowingly, in more expensive spotsIf the company wasn't trying to fool customers, then they should acknowledge their failure to clearly communicate all options and accept responsibility for the confusion

Did the guest have a reservation for the $rate at The Parking Spot in Phoenix? Here is a link to our website with information on the two Phoenix locations:https://www.theparkingspot.com/locations/phoenix/phxWe only have one parking type and subsequent rate at The Parking Spot 1, so unless the
guest had a reservation at The Parking Spot 2, the rate for which was not honored, it sounds as though he was correctly charged. Happy to have the local team review his receipt though, if he'd like to share it with us here, or email a copy of it to us at ***@theparkingspot.com?

I see that on 12/around noon, a representative from our insurance company was in touch with Ms***, having previously been calling her home number as opposed to her preferred cell phone numberOur apologies for the confusion on that
Good morning,We have 4 different locations at IAH airport in Houston. Here is a link to the IAH section of our website that breaks down these 4 different locations, each at unique addresses, offering unique services...[redacted]Based on the reservation...
number provided, it looks like this guest made a reservation at Spot, which can be found at this link...[redacted]Spot is our value lot, with shuttles that circulate every 10-12 minutes vs. the 5-7 minute intervals of two of our other locations at IAH...thus it is priced lower.I am not sure which location the guest actually parked at, but happy to discuss further with this guest if interested. Thank you.

The parking spot has submitted a claim to [redacted], their insurance company. I believe they falsified a damage record that stated there was damage to the passenger side mirror prior to us leaving it in their establishment because [redacted] denied the claim. I did not bring my car in with any damage to the mirror. Two weeks later the mirror was shattered. I have an estimate of $690.00 for a new casing and mirror. I called [redacted] and talked to a supervisor. I talked with Laslo F[redacted]. He walked me through the security camera video that he had. He told me that the video was grainy and he could not see it clearly enough for judgement. I asked him if he saw the pictures of our damage claim. He replied that there was obvious damage, as the mirror was hanging out of the casing by the wires and there was a gaping hole on the front of the casing. We came to an agreement that we would settle for $500.00. I would assume the responsibility of not taking my own precaution of trusting them, and take my own pictures to show proof of an intact car. I am aware now that anyone can draw up a false record of damage and predate it to cover their butts. I am not falsely claiming this as I know for a fact that the damage was done sometime after our departure and before our arrival to pick it up. I will never use the Parking Spot again and encourage anyone traveling to use an alternate business.
