This is a very standard and common practice for most ticketed events, whether sold via [redacted] , [redacted] ***, [redacted] or othersThere is no ill intent towards this customerShe chose not to review the event description prior to purchasing the ticket and therefore failed to see the no refund policyI have attached the event description as it appeared on the ticket linkThere are no hidden agendasThe policy is stated up front so that any customer can make a choice whether to commit to buying a ticket or not prior to purchaseA ticket purchase is a contract of sortsA customer buys a ticket and a venue commits to providing access per the ticket specificationsHowever, all contracts have terms to which the parties involved have the option of examining before committingAnyone entering into a contract is responsible for the terms that are set forth and has no grounds to renegotiate or negate those terms after the fact

I am rejecting this response because: I did not attend the event.  I was evacuated from my house for the last week due to Hurricane Irma.  If I could please have some sort of compassion and be refunded the$23.00 that wasn't even used, that would be fantastic.  Let me know if you'd like proof, I have documentation showing my mandatory evacuation from my house.
