The apartment was being held for them for almost weeks with no answer and in the contract it states that the deposit may or may not be refundableWe took all necessary precaution as well .It is not our fault they did not give us the necessary notice We lost out money as well because the apartment could have been rented to somebody else

I am rejecting this response because: We told them that we would have to see at first if we could come up with the extra deposit they were asking for and that was a total of $800 just for a deposit. Also plus the 1st months rent if $750, to be paid all at the same time before moving in. We did let them know that we would try and come up with it but unfortunately we didn't have enough and had to let them know. They said it wouldn't be a problem to simply let them know if we were able to or not. Also what apartment is ready to be rented with an infestation of roaches crawling around noticeable. Also they were gonna have my daughter sign for me because I was going to rent the apartment for her while I currently reside in Buda, TX they knowingly knew what I was doing and still just said for her to forge my name on the papers when she would go in and sign the lease to get the keys. This is not a legit apartment you are running and its not okay to take our money when you all are doing things unlawful.
